The “Peranzana” extra virgin olive oil is born to crown the initial project of the Sacco Family, to ennoble the Peranzana cultivar by working it in purity. The very low acidity, on the other hand, is due to the quick handling of olives, harvested and processed the same day, but especially to the health of the fruit that, cultivated with wisdom and tradition, expresses all its structural and organoleptic strength in the final product. An extremely balanced oil is obtained from this regal cultivar, unique in its kind.
- Smell: medium fruity scent, with notes of fresh grass, tomato, and artichoke.
- Taste: with a grassy fruity flavor, a balanced sensation between bitter and spicy.
- Aftertaste: notes of grass,artichoke, ripe tomato, and light hints of fresh almond.
