      FLAVOUR:
      Refreshing, slightly acidic (due to the spices), delicately tempered by the softness of the malt and hops. A smooth, medium-bodied ale but slightly fuller than similar products in the same category.

      APPEARANCE:
      White, compact, thin yet persistent foam. Straw yellow colour with a coppery hue, free from suspended solids but with a slight yeast haze; soft carbonation.

      BOUQUET: Floral with hints of exotic fruit. A slight citrus acidity and notes of straw, hay and bread dough.

      PAIRING: Pinzimonio snacks, delicate foods without fatty sauces such as fish or white meat, fresh soft cheeses, margherita cake.

      GLASS: Classic Bordeaux-style red wine glass

      SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10-12°C
